1. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made through this website.

2. Products

The products offered are digital downloads (photographs).

3. Purchase and Delivery

After successful payment, the digital file will be made available for download.

4. Usage Rights

By purchasing a digital image, the buyer acquires a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for private use.

Permitted use includes:

  • personal viewing and storage

  • private prints for non-commercial purposes

  • sharing on personal social media accounts, provided that proper credit is given

  • minimal cropping for format or layout purposes only

Social media use is permitted under the following conditions:

  • the image the image must not be used for commercial purposes

  • the image must not be used in advertising, promotions, or monetized content

  • clear credit must be given to the artist (e.g. “© Healing Ahead” or tagging the creator, if applicable. YouTube: @HealingAhead, Website: healingahead.com)

Restrictions

a) Commercial Use

Any commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission. This includes resale, advertising, marketing, merchandise, paid content, or any revenue-generating activity.

b) Redistribution and Transfer

The image may not be sold, licensed, sublicensed, transferred, or distributed to third parties.

c) Modification

Any editing, alteration, manipulation, or creation of derivative works beyond minimal cropping is prohibited.

d) Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning

The image may not be used for training, fine-tuning, or input into artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or similar technologies.

All rights not expressly granted remain with the artist.

The copyright remains with the artist.

Any use beyond the scope of this license requires prior written permission.

5. Prices

All prices are final prices. No VAT is charged according to §19 UStG (small business regulation), if applicable.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. However, the right of withdrawal expires for digital content if:

  • the download has started, and

  • the customer has expressly agreed that the execution begins before the end of the withdrawal period, and

  • the customer has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal by starting the download.

  • By completing the purchase and confirming the start of the download, you expressly agree that the execution of the contract begins before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

7. Liability

The seller shall not be liable for any misuse of the digital products by the buyer.

8. Applicable Law

German law applies.
